Can AnchorBind run inside our system so the data does not leave?

Yes. An API is only a way for two pieces of software to talk. The API does not have to sit in AnchorBind's cloud.

A customer-hosted AnchorBind Private Node is designed to run in the customer's cloud account, private network, or approved server environment. The current loan, title, servicing, marketplace, or county system calls a private internal address. The check runs there, and the documents, result, evidence package, and audit record remain in customer-controlled storage.

A managed API or private employee workspace is the other path. In that setup, the customer's legal, privacy, and security teams approve exactly what information AnchorBind may process, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and who may see it.

What the customer needs

  • An approved place to run the application
  • Access to the permitted files and evidence sources
  • Customer login, storage, access, and retention rules
  • One internal API connection to the existing workflow
  • A human owner for anything that needs review

This is ordinary enterprise software packaging, not a custom AI-model installation. See the full private and managed deployment paths.

Keep the system. Keep the data boundary. Add the check.
